The small private enterprise “Delta” was founded in 1991 in the city of Rozhishche, Volyn region, which began its work on the ruins of the Rozhishchesilmash factory. Bezverkhy Volodymyr Stepanovych, born in 1951, is the founder and permanent head of the enterprise. The enterprise is located in the city of Rozhishche, Volyn region (Ukraine), 20 km from the region. from the center of Lutsk, 120 km. from the Polish border (Yagodin), 80 km. from the crossing for passenger cars “Ustylug” and 3 km. from the international autobahn.

From the first days of operation, the enterprise focused its work on the production of metal structures and metal processing. The team has made its way from the manufacture of simple products – containers and forged fences, through metal structures and non-standard equipment for forest managers, peat briquette and cement-slate factories, car factories, to unique shredding machines for the German company HAMMEL.

In order to expand production capacities and increase the production of metal structures, in 2008, a joint venture “HADEA STEEL COMPANY” LLC was established, the founder of which is “Delta” MPP, the Swiss company Astoria Capital Group and the German firm HAMMEL.

Initially, all production was concentrated in one workshop with an area of ​​4,800 square meters. Today, production facilities and workshops with a total area of ​​10,093.0 square meters are used for production. Repairs have been made in each of them. They are equipped with lifting mechanisms, a diluted central high-pressure air system. 2 workshops for sandblasting of metal were built and put into operation, the construction of a household and food complex is planned.

If necessary, it is possible to expand the production premises up to 20,000 square meters.

Today, MPP “Delta” is inextricably linked with the manufacture of machine bodies and metal structures for the German company “HAMMEL”, which are used for crushing and processing garbage and various types of waste: wood, stones, metal, concrete, etc.

With the help of the employees and designers of the “HAMMEL” company, our enterprise has developed and implemented the production of eight types of solid waste shredders and their components: combs, shafts, bark beams, knives, etc. 70% of the metal structures used by the “HAMMEL” company are manufactured at our enterprise.

It is also implemented by the production of “turnkey” shredding machines. 6 shredders designed and manufactured entirely at our company are already working for customers. We manufactured 5 VB 650 D type machines and 1 VB 450 DK type machine designed for crushing and partial sorting of bulky waste, such as: wood, concrete, solid household waste (rolls of paper, tree roots), as well as black and non-ferrous scrap metals

In recent years, the provision of production with equipment and materials has improved significantly. Up to two employees, a new computer complex for metal cutting was purchased, the fleet of welding equipment is constantly being updated, which currently totals 49 units.

All equipment and consumables of leading global companies. The machine park includes 80 units, including 6 machines for the manufacture and processing of heavy engineering parts.

In order to expand the assortment and increase the level of complexity of the manufactured products, a unique horizontal boring machine for our region of Ukraine was purchased and put into operation. It allows you to significantly increase the size of machining parts and provides the ability to bore parts for machines and mechanisms of the highest complexity.

Our own design bureau has been created, there are no problems with working with drawings of any format and complexity. New products and machines are created in the office.

The products of our enterprise are always distinguished by high strength of welded parts, precision of processing, selection of metal quality to the specified physical and mechanical parameters of the products. Our metal products are quite large and voluminous, often reaching 20 tons. They are characterized by a high class of accuracy, excellent quality with mandatory compliance with the terms of execution stipulated by the contracts.

From the first days of operation, the company focused its work on the production of metal constructions of crushing machinery bodies and, in parallel, mastered the manufacture of heavy machinery track frames for another German company, started and successfully continues the complex repair of oil and milk tankers for the “Continuum” company, we quickly and qualitatively manufacture, sub- order, a wide range of livestock metal structures: feeders for pigs, cages for various purposes. All products are sandblasted, painted or galvanized.

Supplies of raw materials and materials are provided by our own fleet of heavy trucks.

The presence of competent personnel, the correct placement of employees, constant modernization of equipment, strict compliance with high requirements for product quality, sufficient production space allow the enterprise to grow and develop, performing various work according to orders.
